Our broad skillset ranges from
demolition, detailed

pipeline installation and more, and we deliver a skilled team to all projects.
Our directors are long-time Territorians who bring extensive hands-on experience and an understanding of the region’s unique environmental and logistical challenges. Their local insight drives our strategic approach and ensures we remain adaptable, responsive and resilient.
Over the years, we have built and nurtured strong, long-term relationships with our clients, subcontractors and suppliers — many of whom have been with us since day one. We proudly work alongside local businesses, source materials from local suppliers and employ a dedicated workforce of Northern Territory residents.
Our team is experienced, dynamic and unified by a shared dedication to safety, quality and efficiency. With a proven incident-free safety record since our founding, we place the highest priority on the well-being of our crew, clients and community.

As a locally established Territory business, we are committed to supporting Indigenous communities through genuine engagement and long-term opportunities. We actively prioritise the recruitment of Indigenous personnel, aiming for a minimum 30% Indigenous workforce on all major projects. Our approach includes comprehensive training, upskilling and apprenticeship pathways, along with culturally safe and flexible working conditions that accommodate family and cultural obligations. This ensures long-term employment retention and respectful inclusion.
Beyond direct employment, Diggamen supports Indigenous-owned contractors and suppliers, contributing to local economic development and capability building within the civil construction sector. We maintain strong partnerships with Territory-based employment, training and labour hire organisations to sustain successful outcomes across all projects.
Director Scott Lawton leads our Indigenous development efforts, reinforcing our commitment to respectful collaboration and meaningful participation. Since 2007, Diggamen has built a reputation for inclusive practices that create real change. Through respectful engagement, community support and a strong employment framework, we aim to foster a stronger, more empowered Indigenous presence in the construction industry across the Northern Territory.
